Metropark Guardian Care
For customers who require a high level of responsiveness and on-site support, the Metropark Guardian Care service offers a comprehensive on-site support package. Guardian service includes a mix of telephone support, on-site engineering assistance, hardware replacement, software updates, and Web services, making it an excellent choice for network based phone systems running mission-critical applications.

Guardian customers receive telephone support from knowledgeable technical support technicians within one hour of phoning in a non-software or non-programming question or hardware concern to Metropark.
Advance hardware replacement
The Guardian service provides comprehensive on-site service from highly trained Metropark field
service technicians. 2 to 4 hour emergency response which includes guaranteed hardware replacement. If reported problem is not covered under warranty or "comes clear", a service charge will apply. Ask about Metropark's Block-Of-Time Service Plans to save on service calls.
Easy access to software through MetroTools
Software upgrades ensure that Guardian customers optimize network/phone performance by gaining access to the most recent versions of NBX software, via Metropark's FTP site or CDRom(s).
5 Year Coverage
The Guardian service simplifies planning and budgeting for network/phone maintenance by providing a complete support warranty package for a one-time fee or build it into your lease.
Metropark Express Care
For customers who install and maintain their own network/phone hardware, the Metropark Express Care service is a sound choice. Designed to supplement a mature in-house support organization, the Express service provides easy access to Metropark’s technical expertise. The service includes advance shipment of replacement hardware, telephone support, and software updates.
