Business Identity
The Business Identity tab in the System Configuration section
of NetSet allows you to view the information about your business,
including Business Information and Business hours, that is currently
stored in NetSet. You can also use it to view the current system
mode and to force the system into a different mode.
To View Business Identity Information
1. Click the System Configuration icon.
2. Click the Business Identity tab. This tab displays
current business identity information.
Modify Business Information
You use Business Information button on the Business Identity tab
to modify basic information about your business, including address
and contact information, that is currently stored in NetSet.
To Modify Business Identity Information
1. Click the System Configuration icon.
2. Click the Business Identity tab.
3. Click the Business Information button. The Business
Information window opens.
4. Make changes as needed.
5. Click the OK button. The changes are made and the
Business Information window closes.
Modify Business Hours
You use the Modify Business Hours tab to modify information about
your business hours for each day of the week. Business Hours can
affect other settings in the system, such as the Automated Attendant.
To Modify Business Hours
1. Click the System Configuration icon.
2. Click the Business Identity tab.
3. Click the Business Hours button. The Business Hours
window appears.
4. Make changes as needed, specifying your hours of operation
for each of the periods, Open, Lunch, and Other. Any time period
that doesn't fall within these specified hours is considered
Closed.
5. Click the OK button. The changes are made and the
Business Information window closes.
Set System Mode
You use the Set System Mode button to force the system into a
specific mode without having to reconfigure other system settings,
such as Business Hours.
To Set the System Mode
1. Click the System Configuration icon.
2. Click the Business Identity tab.
3. Click the System Mode button. The System Mode Setting
window appears
4. Use the dropdown list to select a system mode.
5. Click Apply. The system mode is reset.
